On Thursday, November 26, the two-day Scientific Conference on "Art in Thessaly during the Enlightenment (1770-1830)" was held at the Diachronic Museum of Larissa. The Conference was organized by the Antiquities Ephorate of Larissa and the Department of History, Archeology and Social Anthropology of the University of Thessaly, on the occasion of the temporary exhibition "The Return of the Muses. Scholars, Merchants and Artists in Thessaly on the eve of the Revolution "(July 2021 - April 2022).
The Conference was open to the public with free admission, while attending could be also online. Video streaming was used for the first time by the Diachronic Museum and it was an absolute success, since there was a large participation through the internet.
